We went with black over stainless steel because how it will flow with the cabinets and countertops. But now I'm thinking the stainless steel would have work as well. I wonder if they would let us switch. We tried adding a morning room after the fact, but that would have pushed our permit date further away.

DAY 1 - There is a hole

Yeah, I rode pass today, because Saturday was supposed to be ground breaking. Well they started today, so let the fun begin.
The whole is not as deep because we are getting a walk out basement.  The walkout is possible because of the hardnest of the ground...(building on a rock). The houses next to me are getting well basements.
